HEALTH AND BEING REGULAR


To be healthy, do these three things. (1) Exercise and (2)eat plenty of fruits, vegitables, grains, nuts, legunes, seeds, and cerals everyday as the food pyramid(a) recommends. (3)Also, drink 8 eight ounces of clean water each day.


If you are in good shape, all this should come to you natually. If you are a little laxed, you might only need to work enough, and add a little ruffage(b) to your diet. Perhaps you might eat a brand ceral each day, and several prunes, or take some supplements like Vitamin C.
