Over 2,000 Hits A Month!
My site got its 8000th hit yesterday that was unique. I often wonder about counters though; because anyone can log on and off my site and the counter will count the hit, the uniqueness, that includes: the address, the browser, the location, the pages, the time, and many other things.

Every site does this. Some sites are data miners. They look deeper and watch your key strokes and reaction time. They put the user into a category, and attempt to use this information for their benefit. I noticed that one company called castle media is called a bad site because of its data mining. It leaves a cookie on the user’s computer. It is difficult to remove some of these data miners. Many programs promise to help you; but few can help with every problem that users face when they use their computer.

Terrorists keep attacking a free society; because they want to control everyone. Three of  them were responsible for killing over two hundred million human beings that even did not have a computer. These are some of the difficulties computer users face. For every problem there is a solution. It does not matter how much the terrorist attacks. There will always be someone nice who will stand up against evil.

What ever your problem there is a solution that you can find on the Internet. Some problems take more time to solve than others. The first step to solving a problem is noticing that there is a problem. When your computer works great everything seams wonderful. When it is having problems everything seams gloomy.

After the computer user sees that his computer is having a problem, he has to be able to describe the problem before he can fix it. If anyone attempts to solve a problem, he has to use his mind to reason. In some cases the user can just use another computer that is not broken. He can use another operation system, or another browser, or another: media player, music player, recorder, mouse, cam, printer, scanner, or what ever he needs to keep his computer life alive.

Google counts over 27 million places on the Internet that can help you solve computer problems. Sometimes a person might need his computer to solve other problems. Here is where he needs a backup plan. Here is where he needs a friend to help. Without friendships, the world would be a horrible place. Fortunate for some that have a computer club to go to for help. Most users do not know about user groups. I wonder how many people around here know about PACC!

Do you know that you can ask members just about anything to help you solve your problems no matter what they might be? If anyone belongs to a group he is also sharing himself with others of the group no only in reasoning, but also completely. Although members have many different computer interests, members have many other life interests that are beyond the club’s interests; but not beyond the members’ interests.

My site Holistics deals with every good aspect of being alive. Some days it gets over double, or multiple more use than others.  At one time the counters went wild, perhaps my site was being attacked. I do not know. At one time everything was well indexed by Google, now it is difficult to find links, or articles that were written several years ago.

The problem becomes more clear when you see that search engine results and counters are not too accurate. When you enter a search question, the best answers are usually on top of the list; but you have to start going through the list to see what answer looks like the best before you find the best answer that it found!

There are countless types of groups that we share in common. Just to name the types of groups would take some thought, but they go well beyond the top ten that you might have heard someone list like: social, economic, political, religious, cultural, biological, historical, artistic, spiritual, or psychological group.

The connections of interests, or the groups we belong to are astronomical. We share the things we hear, the shows we have seen, the books we have read, and every aspect of our life; whether we know it or not.

The teacher says that we all share our breath, our molecules, our organs, our energy, our thoughts, and the same energy, matter, and light of the universe. That is all so amazing that we can share how wonderful the world is and how wonderful it can be!
